What you can  expect from us:

You can expect that we will REVIEW your information since it’s in our mutual interest to review your background against incoming positions,  but we may not REPLY immediately.  We do acknowledge  receipt  requested  requests which are built into some  email  systems that way you know we have received it.  We accept resume submissions by email, preferably with a Microsoft WORD document attached. We no longer handle paper copies or resumes by fax. 

In your  resume presentation please check to see that your employment history and dates are accurate,  and spell check has  been applied to your  resume,  before emailing it  to us. 

What our  client companies want - Respect and VALUE for the  candidate they hire from us. They  want this recruiting firm to provide them with  accurate information, and why they should employ you over someone else.

                                                                                           What  we need from you:

In
written format  as in a cover  letter or addendum  we need to know  your current employment status, your salary basis, your  bonuses or  commissions you have actually received in the most current your you worked.    It's our responsibility to find a position which you will accept at equal or better remuneration than your most recent employment situation,  but to do this we need to know your verifiable starting point.   If you are unable or unwilling to provide this information, we may be unable to assist you in your search.

The rest of the story:

You decide whether the opportunity is in line with your career goals, if it is not tell us why and we will try to find you what does interest you. Remember to jot it  down on an  email  along with your  name city , state and phone number and send us what you want - we are not mind readers.

When we do see a possible match, we’ll contact you RIGHT AWAY by phone or email.   We will email you a referral authorization form which you will need to sign, date and to send  back to  us authorizing us to present you to our client.

Your packaging or  flexographic resume remains with us,  until you tell us you have found  the perfect job, with no specific expiration dates! 

Please provide us with updates of your current experience and contact information please  be sure to add your  name, phone and  email address to  any changes of your resume and your  physical address as well. Please DO NOT SEND US YOUR RESUME multiple times unless we request it.

We may choose at our  option,  to generally describe your skills and abilities on our web site, omitting your name and contact information. If you'd prefer not to be included, please let us know.

if  we detect inaccurate or misleading information concerning  your  employment history and dates, we reserve the right to delete your resume.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU  

1. AN ACCURATE  ASSESSMENT of your  talents,  background  and  whether we can assist you on your career search or not,  of course that starts with actually seeing your resume,  so we can offer an accurate assessment. Before and if we speak with you we will want to know as follows your current employment status, your salary basis, your  bonuses or  commissions you have actually received in the most current your you worked. 

In general:  We have 10,000  conversations a year with clients and potential clients and another 5,000 with candidates and potential candidates - the point in this is  we  are
not mind readers  -  if finding a new exciting opportunity  is what you want you for yourself  - YOU have to help us, help you  by writing down what you want and  send it with your resume to us.

It's our responsibility to find a position which you will accept at equal or better remuneration than your most recent employment situation,  but to do this we need to know your verifiable starting point. If you are unable to provide this information we may be unable to assist you in your search.  We utilize a salary and relocation calculator  to  account for  disparities in relocation costs and variables important to you so you don't get hurt financially with a new opportunity in another locale.  To do this we need to know your verifiable starting point,  as we can't remember everything about everyone we speak with, thus  we want this in writing. 

2. FOLLOW UP  - if you are out on an interview,   we will follow up both ends after you phone us your  results of an interview, we will get with the client company for  their thoughts on your candidacy, to progress your candidacy with our  client companies  towards an offer of  employment.

3. WE WORK WITH OUR  CLIENT COMPANIES on written offers so all  that's  expected of you and all that you are responsible for doing has a  basis for your verifiable income, and progression with our client companies on an at will basis.

4. WE WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE RESIGNATION  of you current position to take our client companies employment opportunity,  including  but not limited  to how to resign and leave on friendly terms, how  to get your 401K and expenses out of your current employer  and how to make an easy and calm  transformation to our  client companies'
employment opportunity.

5. WE don't place everyone  we talk with, but  we  do an  accurate assessment of your talents mostly on weekends or at night on each person who takes the time to submit a resume, or take an interview, and  we let you know  what to expect from us as  we work with you on your career  movement and development.

OUR  NORMAL WORK  SCHEDULE:  

Mondays and Fridays are prime marketing session days to contact client companies Tuesdays mornings and Thursdays afternoons are recruiting and marketing session days as well.

WEDNESDAYS  is our  catch up day. If you are a candidate not out on a current interview and you want to find out how it is  going,  it is our day for answering your  questions. we will also talk to candidates on Tuesday afternoons and Thursday mornings.   However we would prefer an email or  text  first  a day or two prior TO A CALL, so we can locate you  quickly, and give you an accurate answer when you do call.  Please include your name and  product area you are in, as well as when which month, you sent in your resume so we can locate you quickly.
