We are in a WYSIWYG "WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET" era since 1996 and the explosion of the Internet or WYSIWID - " What you see is what I did" era for employers. If you don't state it on your resume - unfortunately you didn't do it. Client companies expect: recruiters or candidates to provide them with the additional addendum page every day in one form or another. If an employer doesn't see "it" on your addendum page or resume - then YOU DIDN'T DO IT - nor do YOU have the required experience needed by THE EMPLOYER. Should you decide not to send the necessary additional information - if and when we are asked by the client for it, we will simply say you chose to wait on it's submission while other candidates send it to us. Faced with cooperative versus procrastinating candidates our statistics show most client companies select the cooperative individuals to hire for their positions. |
