Your firm is invoiced at the start of the search for an   engagement  fee which is a 1/3 portion of the fee payment.   If you hire someone from us the balance  2/3rds of the fee is due at the close of the assignment. 

This is the  closest product to contingency  but at a more reasonable cost  because of the partnering  aspect and  with much better  coverage and results than  most contingency firms and  assignments.    We  have closed 99.8%  of these  searches  since 1989.

The fee is split into 4 equal parts and is FLAT.

No need to worry about rising salaries on this search.  If the candidate  needs more money  to accept your  job,   our  recruiting fee is FLAT predetermined at the start of the search.

 

 

 

Transactional

If we place a candidate with your firm we are due the fee, if you hire through another source no fee is due. 

We work on an "exclusive contingency basis" for the first 21 days of the search after the fee policy is  signed,  which means we are the exclusive source of candidates for the first 21 days of the search.  During this  time we  will  refer candidates who match your needs.    If  we  don't  have them,   we  will tell you  within a few  days,  so you can decide if you want the job to be  recruited  for you or not on an engagement or  Flat fee basis.

Expectations Top Priority - we speak with  candidates in your field and we recruit  and solicit your competitors to find people who can do what you want them to do.

Our researchers  work diligently until we place a person  with your firm who fulfills your needs.  

If your firm needs to fill a difficult assignment and needs dedication and a pipeline of qualified individuals to conduct meetings and or interview this is the best choice.

Priority Search  If  you  need  to budget  your search expenditures  or  if  you just need  to know what the end number of the fee is regardless of the salary and  bonus or commissions  paid  this is the way to go.

With salaries  escalating at such a rapid pace,  this plan  keeps you in charge of  what you pay -  predetermined  before we start or begin the search.

We refer those individuals who meet many  of  your company's objectives and requirements.

Fee Structure ENGAGED FEE 1/3 of the fee is paid upfront  in advance to start the search. The remaining   2/3 of the fee is paid after the new employee starts to work .

 If you hire someone through a another source, we'll maintain your initial 1/3  payment as a non-refundable credit for 6 months.

FLAT FEE  1/4 to start  the search,
1/4 on candidate  presentation
1/4 on the close of the sale
and the last 1/4 quarter  30 days after the close of the sale and  the employee starts to work. 

If  you hire someone  from another source but before the candidate presentation phase,  we will  maintain your initial 1/4 payment as a non-refundable credit for 4 months  against a future search.

 

Contingency fee is defined as when and if  we find a or recommend  a  candidate that you hire  from us,   we charge your firm a percentage of the anticipated first years annual compensation. 

 

Pricing In Engaged search because the risk is evenly spread  between our firm and  the client company we are more flexible to listen to your needs.    This is not available on  straight contingency work.

In the Flat Fee  we predetermine a Flat FEE  based on the discussions  we  have with you and  how  much of a needle in a  haystack  you are looking  for in a candidate.   In  general, for  example if it  were  agreed that the salary of a person hired  was to be $120,000 our flat fee  would be $7,500 per each 1/4 payment  segment or $30,000  FLAT  FEE  total.  However,  if  you  have to pay more for the person i.e. $160,000  your fee  remains the same flat fee at $30,000. Other  variables  apply -  depending on how  deep the person is buried  in a competitors organization. This  fee is based on  the first  year's annual income including salary,  and bonuses or commissions.  The entire search is at our  risk  and  therefore we  charge a little more on these  searches  than on engaged fees  and on  the Flat Fee assignments.

We  are in a horse race to get people  for you firm as  quick as  we can - from our files, referrals etc. and    sometimes  we can provide them,  if  we already have them in house,  other times if  we  don't,  it is  not feasible.

Replacement Guarantee

Each  fee policy in Engaged and Flat Fee Retained  is  custom  written,    we  do  not  combine terms on any money back guarantee option  with the replacement guaranteed  offered in  these options.

Yes - above average.   On the  replacement warranty  we will guarantee the  individual hired  (see  fee policy for  time limitations)  - and offer  one free replacement. On the FLAT  FEE  RETAINED  you  can choose  either  a replacement guarantee,    or a  modified money back guarantee  is available. Money  back  guarantee is  calculated on a 1/60th day  basis and at the end of  60 days after the starting  date of  employment  the fee is  considered  earned.    If you choose replacement  we will guarantee the  individual hired  (see our  fee policy)  - and offer  one free replacement. Optional,  all  replacement guarantees are  are tied to settling our invoice on time and include one free replacement.
