We invoice your firm at the start of the
search for an engagement fee, to do the research &
searching and digging up of the candidates, from all sources. We have closed 99.8% of these searches since 1989. |
Transactional If we place a candidate with your firm we are due the fee, if you hire through another source no fee is due. If we don't have them, we will tell you within a few days of your firm signing our agreement and review other options. |
The fee is split into 3 equal parts and is a FLAT fee. No need to worry about rising salaries on this search. If the candidate needs more money to accept your job, our recruiting fee remains FLAT. We determine in advance a reasonable salary or income which we both agree to for the basis then you are billed for the amount in 3 equal payments.

Contingency
fee is defined as when and if we find a or recommend a candidate that you
hire from us, we charge your firm a percentage of the anticipated first
years annual compensation.
