WHICH SEARCH METHOD TO
USE:
Engagement Search
-
Recruiting candidates on these assignments:
we look at currently employed individuals doing their work in the marketplace,
achieving accomplishments and helping their current firms increase their
revenue.
We recruit
passive candidates and some active ones looking for an opportunity to join
growing companies.
- Engagement Fee search
is a competitively priced
product requires a small deposit up front to begin the search process
which is
based on the salary offered, and then the balance or the placement fee service
is payable upon completion of the successful search.
Retained
-
We recruit passive candidates
looking for an opportunity to showcase their talents.
- Retained searches
are conducted in a total confidential manner and are best used when
your firm requires complete confidentiality in the search as in the
replacement of a sitting executive team member and your firm
wants no advertising of the position and strictly confidential
recruiting of the position.
- This plan is a payment plan
broken into 4 distinct equal payments. The first equal payment funds the research and is
payable as an upfront deposit to start the search. Payment #2 is paid when
we show you the panel of candidates, payment # 3 When the candidate accepts
the job and starts to work. Payment #4 is due 60 days after the
completion and the
start of the person hired for the position.

Retained
search
is a competitively priced
product requires a deposit up front. It has an iron clad generous
replacement guarantee of service.
FLAT FEE Search
- This service
is for assignments where the base salary is above $150,000 below
$150,000 the fee follows the Engagement Search agreement
conditions.
- This means if you offer the
candidate selected $195,000 in salary you will be invoiced at
the $150,000 base rate. There is an upfront first payment to start the
search and in total 4 equal payments.
THE DISTINCTION:
- On Engaged and
Retained assignments these 3 types are number one
priority search assignments. We limit the number we accept each
quarter to provide your firm top priority to successfully complete them.
- We go into the market within your competition and recruit in the old
fashioned way, one person at a time until we get the correct panel of candidates to
present to your firm who can actually accomplish the work assignment in
which you hired
MH Executive
Search Group to carry out. We will occasionally put out your specifications in a very blinded manner on our
internet and intranet sites, so candidates we acquired by
recruiting, can see your companies needs, as they are recruited to your
firm's specifications. On retained assignments we only use our
intranet site with a keyed entry which is unavailable to the general
public thus sitting employees within your firm can not see the
position and they are completely confidential assignments.
- Each candidate we select
to present to your firm signs a confidential referral agreement
stating he/she has not been presented to your firm and agrees to
keep your search CONFIDENTIAL before he receives a detailed synopsis of
your position.
- At
MH Executive Search Group Engaged and Retained searches are not split,
or networked,
this is added protection for your firm to keep the upgrade or
replacement very quiet in the marketplace, while we work to solve your
problem.
