WHICH  SEARCH METHOD TO USE:

Contingency Search

When we work on a contingency fee we work on a select basis  meaning for those companies which we agree  to work on a  contingency basis with, we contact previously acquired sales candidates from other past searches tell them about  your opportunity,  set up meetings,  follow-up with them. 

We do business references at our expense, until the end of the successful search and an acceptance of the offer,  we will  invoice you in full for our services,  based on the first years' income when acceptance of your position occurs, not the start date.

We offer a money back guarantee on these terms:  each one day period  equals an earned portion of the fee (1/45th) for 45 days from the start date provided, we are paid Net 10 days from the date of acceptance of the position.  If the candidate  does not start employment a full refund will be issued.

* We reserve the right to be selective on the business work assignments, which we will consider working on contingency.  Those  assignments without defined goals or a timetable of projected actual  starting  dates, as well as  speculation searches,  or those with multiple recruiters, more than 3 already working on the search, are un-acceptable  searches.   

We are very selective on which contingency assignments,  which, we participate in, as  recruiters, as we sell our time.
